Once you have experienced one of our demonstrations, you will not be able to go back.

Consequently, no other system ever created has pushed the bounds of what is possible sonically and visually. My goal is to produce viewing and listening experiences that are both as accurate and musical as possible, regardless of source!

All this would be for naught if the room itself were not an integral and equal part of the entire immersive equation. To accomplish this, a carefully considered refit or a complete redesign created from the ground up are necessary. This is the way one owns The Kipnis Studio Standard to complete effect.

The six (6) distinct divisions: Bass, Baritone, Tenor, Alto, Soprano, and Coloratura of this extra large orchestra are completely and separately amplified. The required fleet of over 50 cutting edge, state-of-the-art, hand-built amplifiers can produce a level of visceral and palpable sound that can only be equaled by reality.

No motion picture experience can be considered complete without the ability to FEEL the frequency extremes: from Sub-sonic to Supra-sonic. Starting from DC (Direct Current) and extending to 102,500 Hertz, 16 individually tuned subwoofers seamlessly integrate with the Snell THX Music & Cinema Towers, themselves complimented by no less than 10 MuRata super tweeters.

The primary orchestra consists of a specially hand selected and modified array of 13 - Snell THX Music & Cinema Reference Loudspeakers, originally designed by Kevin Voecks for George Lucas and Tomlinson Holman for their very first THX Cinema and Music Speaker System (1998). These highly specialized musical instruments feature outboard passive cross-overs and the most exotic of wood cabinetry - African Sapele.

Since its very first inclusion, sound has easily been the equal of picture in conveying the full experience that is cinema. Experimentation has proven the need for an orchestra of audio components in order to create  completely immersive, realistic presentations.

Specially developed scalers from Snell & Wilcox allow for the display of four different sources on the same screen including video, film, photographic, and internet sources simultaneously.

KT-88 Amplification Tubes alongside 12AX7A and 12AT7 Pre-Amplification Tubes - There are over 500 used in Ciné Beta!

The motion picture screen is the stage upon which the audience experiences both the action and narrative of a film, TV show, or video game, just to name a few possible sources. For Ciné Beta, only the Stewart Snowmatte 1.0 Gain Laboratory Grade Motion Picture Screen - with no perforations - will do.

At center stage is the flagship SRX-S110 Ciné Alta projector from Sony’s broadcast division. This all-digital 4,096 x 2160 “4k” projector (a full 8.89 Mega-pixels) can produce images with even greater clarity and color gamut than properly timed IMAX and AMPAS Screenings.
